[Cytometry] CD14 positive cell line

Hello Ravi,

Have you looked into THP-1 cell lines, such as THP1-XBlue(tm)-CD14 or other commercially available lines?

>From memory U937 is a monocytic cell line, just cross check if it constitutively expresses CD14. A quick google search showed that vitamin D3 enhanced CD14 expression in these cells, but I didn't read enough into it whether it's constitutive.
Hope that helps if you do not have ready access to primary monocytes.
