The Royal Microscopical Society will be holding several meetings this year which will be of interest to this list. They are detailed here:

In particular can I draw your attention to:

The Microscience Microscopy Congress in Manchester in July (http://www.mmc2014.org.uk/) - this is a large international exhibition and conference and will feature several aspects of flow and imaging cytometry including a session on Imaging Flow Cytometry and the involvement of the Cytometry section in the Learning Zone

The annual Flow Cytometry course in York in September (http://www.rms.org.uk/events/Forthcoming_Events/FlowCytometry) - this is aimed at both newcomers in the field of flow cytometry and this who wish to broaden their applications skills. The course is taught by several enthusiastic cytometrists and affords delegates the chance to see practical demonstrations of several common techniques as well as learn about what the future of cytometry holds. It is always a well-attended meeting so early booking is advised!

Advances in Cytometry 2014 (http://www.rms.org.uk/events/Forthcoming_Events/AdvancesCytometry). This will be held in London in November and is organised by flowcytometryUK to highlight recent advances in hardware, software, data analysis and applications. Registration will open later in the year.
