Hi All,
I had originally sent out a message about Identifying progenitor cells in cyno bone marrow but would like to extend this to human, as I received no advice about cynos! Is there someone who can offer input?

* I am using CD34, CD38, CD7, CD10, gating out mature cells by using a LIN- gate to identify CLPs. There is some confusion if CLPs are CD34+CD38+CD7+ and CD34+CD38+CD10+ OR CD34+CD38-CD7+ and CD34+CD38-CD10+ OR are they either CD38+ or CD38- and a double positive for CD7 and CD10.
Can anyone clarify this?
Thanks!

Hi All,
I am trying to identify progenitor cells in cyno monkey bone marrow and have some questions about analysis.
