The UC Davis Flow Cytometry Shared Resource lab is offering a Flow Cytometry “Bootcamp” course on March 3, 2014. The course is designed for users with intermediate flow cytometry experience and will teach students the principles and best practices needed to design and execute successful flow cytometry experiments. Hosted in conjunction with ExCyte Expert Cytometry, this condensed course highlights:
Proper controls for each experiment
Compensation for spectral overlap
Theory of multicolor panel design
Experiment optimization
Troubleshooting strategies
