[Cytometry] CD5 in a lymphoproliferative panel

Coulter's BL1a is also IgG2a, so that's not the problem. I also get much higher backgrounds with BD's clone L17512 CD5 PerCP-cy5.5 than with Coulter's CD5 PE clone L17512.

Hi Dr Bakul,
BL1a (Coulter) works reasonably well as does UCHT2 (BD). It may have something to do with the your clone being IgG2a (C1q interaction with another IgG2 is a possibility) Misha
