[Cytometry] golgi stop

For functional analysis of of (CMV-Specific) CD4+ and CD8+ T Lymphocytes
we stimulate the cells with peptide pools and PMA(pos control) and incubated 2hr with without 
and 4-10hr with Golgi stop (10 lg/ml brefeldin A - Epicentre Technologies, Madison, WI)
