Hello Everyone,

I'd appreciate if anyone could give me any feedback about their experience in utilizing Quantum MESF beads for standardization/normalization of signal in the context of lot-to-lot variability.
Please include the following info with your comment or potential resolution(s).

1) Type of flow cytometer used
2) Power of laser and which detector
3) Beads handling practice
4) Antigen/protein measured
5) Fluorophore used
6) Range of %CV among lots

Many thanks!!!

Best Regards,
