[Cytometry] Frozen PBMCs for TBNK

Hi Susan,

You should be ok doing TBNK as long as the samples were frozen down and thawed correctly.   Based on our experience and that of published literature CD62L expression is lost following freeze thaw but markers such as CD4, CD8, CD3, CD19 and C56/16 should be ok.
