Subject: [Cytometry] Aria water bath maintenance
I have a question of how to drain/refill the water bath for the temperature control of the sort tubes. One of my tube holders is contaminated with mold on the inside where the water circulates. I need to clean it (or replace it) as well as refill and clean the water bath. Has anyone had experience with adding disinfectants to the water bath to keep it from growing nasty stuff in it that won't harm the water bath or tubing? Any clever suggestions to clean the mold out of the tube holder?
Thanks for your suggestions!
