[Cytometry] Lysing reagent in CD34 ISHAGE DUAL PLATFORM protocol

Hello Group,

How many of you who are using CD34 ISHAGE protocol DUAL PLATFORM are utilizing FacsLyse solution and how many ammonium chloride  (without fixation/permeabilization) ?

Obviously, when 7-AAD is added and NH4Cl is used to lyse RBCs the CD34 % is consistently higher. This does not affect CDChex CD34 controls neither unknown samples from CAP, since the cells are already fixed.
