Hello,

It works also nice for us. We use the usual; B220 for B cells, CD3/4/8 and DX5 för NK in balb/c. Also the CCR3 for eosinophils. In our models with OVA we have very few neutrophils.

We have a group here doing analysis of mouse BAL on a routine basis.

I asked the PhD student, Lauren McKnight, about her method and she said the following.
