[Cytometry] flow cytometry of mouse BAL fluid

Hi Ulf,

We have a group here doing analysis of mouse BAL on a routine basis.

I asked the PhD student, Lauren McKnight, about her method and she said the following.

> A simple technique has been published by van Rijt et al. We use a similar method and find it works quite well.
