[Cytometry] Error message in DiVa 6.1.2

Hi Dmitri,

We sometimes see this problem when users fail to connect to the external share drive to where we export the fcs files. If you selected (under Edit, User Preferences) the option to export data files from the browser to an external location, but are not connected to that location, you'll get the error you're seeing. I hope this is the simple solution for you.

Subject: [Cytometry] Error message in DiVa 6.1.2

Dear all,

I'm running BD FACS Aria I with FACS DiVa software v6.1.2. Occasionally, when I want to export an experiment the software sends an error message:
"This operation requires more storage space than is available. Operation will terminate". This is quite annoying as experiment can be empty (not a single recorded FCS fail in it) and I have more than 200 GB of free space on a hard drive. I also defragment disk once a week. Can anybody explain what is the reason for this error and how to overcome it?

Thank you in advance, Dmitri Lubenets
