[Cytometry] Remote support via Webex or similar service

10 years ago I would have said "VNC" but I can no longer find a good free client for windows, only macs - http://sourceforge.net/projects/cotvnc/

Another mac only tool is ichat, which allows screen sharing and remote screen control. 

We sometimes use https://www.copilot.com/ in cases where webex is overkill.
