[Cytometry] acceptance criteria for cell cycle analysis

Hello Jose

As the title indicates, those guidelines were established for Clinical
samples.  

There has been quite a bit of work since those guidelines were published to
standardize the approach to Clinical DNA Analysis.  I have listed some
references below.

If you have some specific questions I would be happy to answer them
directly.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to understand what the current guidelines are for cell cycle
analysis using Modfit.  From what I understand, the majority still rely on
Shankey, et al paper "Guidelines for the implementation of clinical DNA
cytometry".  Have there been any updates to this analysis?
