Hi Tomas
Have a look at Douwes Dekker 2004 J Pathol 202: 456-462. Cells  
exrracted from paraffin block, sorted for cell cycle position / DNA  
content (DRAQ5) and S100 antibody positivity then used in PCR. Very  
impressive yet simple method from Dutch lab of Willem Corver.
