Hello to my fellow flow'ers,
We are a clinical flow lab,and I am looking for an easy protocol for
freezing our pathological samples for future use.

I know that most do a density gradient separation with ficol. If anyone
would could share a trouble free cryopreservation protocol, I would really
appreciate it.

Also, I have read about freezing whole blood after fixation, with no
mononuclear separation done .Does anyone have any experience with such a
method.

Thanks to all,

Ellen Broide
