Subject: [Cytometry] Thanks to Steve Kelley

Dear Members of the Purdue List,

We learned with regret about the imminent departure of Steve Kelley
from the Purdue List. Having been long-time participants of the
Purdue List, as well as having had some experience in recent years as
moderators of other web-based services in cytometry, we appreciate
how crucial his work for the List has been since the start.

Of course, the contributors to the list have been critical for its
consistently high quality, but providing us with a smoothly working
forum and making sure the List did not become overrun with spam is to
a large extent due to Steve´s efforts. Although he was always present
modestly in the background, the list would not have been the same
without his continuous efforts.

Therefore, we would not want to miss this opportunity to thank Steve,
also on behalf of our colleagues, for his invaluable contributions to
the success of the list. We wish him good luck and all possible
success for his career in the future.

Marie FOLLO (University of Freiburg, Germany)
Andy RIDDELL (EMBL, Heidelberg, Germany)
Alexis PEREZ-GONZALEZ (EMBL, Heidelberg, Germany)
Jochen BARTHS (University of Strasbourg, France)

(Moderators for EuroCytoNet and RegioFlow)
