[Cytometry] fluorescent dye to visualize fat

Nile Red - great dye.   "fat vacuoles",  filled with neutral lipids  
such as cholesterol and triglycerides will fluoresce green and polar  
lipids, such as phospholipids, will fluoresce red.  Ratio of  
Green:Red can be used to normalize cell size and dye uptake to  
identify cells that have more "fat vacuoles".
