Hi Michelle,

We have several users on our LSRII who are using Alexa700 without any
problems.
They use the BP730/45 and 685LP with the red laser.

Greetings,
Menno

Subject: [Cytometry] AlexaFluor 700 on a LSR2?

Hello all,
Has anyone used Alexafluor 700 dye on the red laser of the LSR2? Am I
correct to assume that it would not be optimally excited? But you would
be able to detect any emissions?
Thanks
michelle
