Hi Bakul,

You can use them for a very long time.
We used cells which has been in the liquid N2 for 20 years.

Greetings,

Subject: [Cytometry] Life of frozen cells for antibody QC

Hello:

When you freeze cells in liquid N2, how long can you use it for antibody
titration?

Thanks
