Subject: BD repair times
Just to know if I´m too impatient or we are truly having to wait too
much to get our BD Cytometer (Aria) repaired, I would be very grateful
if you could fill in the following questions (very quick) and send me
your answers. I will compile them (without names) and send them to
1) City and Country
2) Type of BD Cytometer you are using (i.e. Aria, Canto, etc) If several,
please answer next question separating for each one.
3) In the last two years, how many working days, on average, has it taken
for your BD Cytometer to get repaired WHEN THEY HAVE HAD TO CHANGE A
In case you are wondering, our average down here is 2 months.... =(
Your answers, if the average times are shorter, could be a powerful
argument for me to try to negotiate better times.
Thanks to all for your help.
