Polyclonal is better. There was a paper in mid 90's suggesting that. We
have tried single monoclonals as well as cocktails of monoclonals. They
are brighter when positive, but they miss quite a few ALLs.

Subject: Polyclonal vs monoclonal TdT
I have spotted some anecdotes about polyclonal TdT being more sensitive
than monoclonal TdT, but can't find any literature on it in PubMed.
What has been everyone's experience? How often and how much of a
difference do you think it makes? We are trying to figure out which one
to buy for our lab.
