Kappa/lambda staining in a single tube

Hi,

Some papers reported staining for kappa/lambda light chain using
anti-kappa PE and anti-lambda FITC in a single tube to assess clonality.
How accurate is this combined staining approach compared with staining
in 2 separated tubes with anti-Kappa FITC and anti-lambda FITC? How do
you titrate antibody concentrations? Thanks,

Wenge
