GFP and Sapphire

Hi,

I am wondering where I can find the excitation/emission spectra of the
fluorescent protein T-Sapphire - does it exist? We are finding that the
488 laser is exciting T-sapphire as much as or more so than the UV line
and thus hinders our ability to use GFP at the same time. Would using a
lower laser power on 488 help with this?

Thanks!
