The issue you're seeing is related (as far as I understand it) to the
Java scripting used by DIVA. It is not a diva issue, but the background

We've had the same problem for a long time.  We are using a HPbusiness
inkjet 2300.

Let me know if you get anywhere with this problem, I'd like to solve it
