BioSource Cytokine kit on a Calibur?

Hi All,

I have a client who would like to run an IL-10 bead assay with Macaque sera on a FACS Calibur. A BioSource kit was chosen because they have been unable to locate the equivalent reagents elsewhere (such as BD). Apparently there is some confusion concerning the cross reactivity of human and Rhesus Il-10 clones in these kits.

Has anyone had success running this assay (or other cytokines that should be run on a Luminex) on a FACS Calibur?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Regards,
