Here is a question from a newbie:
We just purchased a new Dako MoFlo. We are still waiting for the training. One of the applications would be a rat and mice bronchoalveolar lavage fluid analysis for the basic subtypes of inflammatory cells (lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils). Would you mind suggesting how to implement this analysis? What are the important determinants for the sample? Is it the volume, amount of cells or the cell concentration? Thank you for any useful advice.
