  Hi,

Does anyone have expertise in detecting intracellular cytokines in
neutrophils? we're having a tough time with this! we know, by elisa, the
neuts are making cytokines. brefeldin prevents secretion into the medium
(as determined by elisa), but we can't find the cytokines in neutrophils!
where are they? is there a shorter half-life in neutrophils?

thanks in advance .
  Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad
