Dear Juergen,

I would like to advice DRAQ5. Signal is very well separated from PE.

Subject: FITC/PE and cellcycle on FACScan

Hello, flowcytometrists
Once more a question to cellcycle and flowcytometry.
I use a FACScan (488nm excitation) will stain lymphocytes with a double marker (FITC/PE)
to discriminate
subpopulations. In this subpopulations I will determine the ploidy (status of cell
cycle). Because of the properties
of PJ I will not use it but don't know whats the best alternative to serve the purpose.
Please help.
