EXPIRED ANTIBODIES FOR FLOW

Unfortunately my experience has been incredibly varied. I have seen
antibodies that had been expired for years work wonderfully and have
seen antibodies that are recently expired work poorly. I think you
really have to test the antibodies and have non expired controls to
compare them too. I also think that lots of times it is the
flourochrome that has diminished, not the antibody binding.
Sorry I can't be more help.
>What is the consensus about expired antibodies and flow cytometry -
>and is there a use for those that are expired.
>Any comments would be appreciated.
