We used to have great Cv's on our FACScalibur 1.5% with mol probes 3u
beads 488 ex. Now we are getting 2.5-3%
what is the current accepted procedure to clean a flow cytometer to
improve fluidic performance.
Clorox
SDS ( 3%) or detergent --Clontron ( 10%)
Any suggestions--I know we have discussed this in the past on this
listserver but it is a very relevant question to the performance of a
flow cytometer especially for DNA analysis. Any one have some great
tricks they would like to share?
Best wishes
bob
