To immunologists and researchers studying immuno-competent cells:
Does anyone know of a marker that would indicate a cell has been committed to a
"memory" status? Is there a pan-memory cell marker that would reveal cells (not
just T cells but any cell) committed to a memory role in the immune response?
What markers are useful in determining memory T cells, B cells etc.? We would
use this marker in a flow cytometric assay.
Thanks in advance.
