Methanol or ethanol treatment of PBMCS

We routinely see virtually all ovine neutrophils degranulating and moving
into our mononuclear gate when they are treated with alcohol.   This occurs
when we fix & perm for internal staining either with ethanol or with the
B-D permeabilizing kit.
