"FACS"

My opinion is that FACS, in general, should not be used in publications.
If it is used, it should be defined at first use, as any abbreviation
should. Quite often it is inaccurately used when analysis, not sorting,
is performed. In these instances it should not be used at all.

That's my two cents.....
