There are numerous reports of GFP detection by flow; here are a subset

Lybarger L, 1996 Rapid generation and flow cytometric analysis of stable GFP-expressing cells
   Cytometry 25, 211-220 (1996)

Zhang G, 1996 An enhanced green fluorescent protein allows sensitive detection of gene transfer in
mammalian cells. Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 227, 707-711 (1996)

Anderson MT, 1996 Simultaneous fluorescence-activated cell sorter analysis of two distinct
transcriptional elements within a single cell using engineered green fluorescent proteins. Proc. Natl.
Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 93, 8508-8511 (1996)

Ropp JD, 1996 Aequorea green fluorescent protein: simultaneous analysis of wild-type and
blue-fluorescing mutant by flowcytometry. Cytometry 24, 284-288 (1996)

Zolotukhin S, 1996 A "humanized" green fluorescent protein cDNA adapted for high-level expression in
mammalian cells. J. Virol. 70, 4646-4654 (1996)

Before posting questions how about a Medline search yourself, and trying to ask questions that will
stimulate an informative response. That bitchiness aside, I am happy to try to answer more specific
questions about GFP detection by flow.
