Is that at 10^6/mL cell concentration?

A good viable cell label is Fluorescein diacetate. It is taken up by
live cells, broken down inside the cells by nonspecific esterases, at
which point it becomes fluorescent. I use a stock solution of 1mg/ml and
use 10ul per ml of cells.
