IT Security Analyst - Level E

The "ATIS GDN Unit" stands for Accenture Technology Infrastructure Services - Global Delivery Network Unit.  It provides all Technology Infrastructure Services for the Accenture "GDN Business," which is comprised of Application Outsourcing (A/O), Applications Maintenance (AM), System Integration (SI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) work.  The GDN operates from "Delivery Centers" in near-shore and off-shore locations globally. 
The security team specializes in implementation of security best practices aligning with both Accenture and client based policies.  Additionally, the team performs site security assessments, audits, new technology assessments, and vulnerability and risk analyses.

The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the skills essential to providing quality service and solutions to the client and their customers in fulfillment of agreed upon contractual obligations.
The Technology Infrastructure Outsourcing specialty incorporates a wide range of outsourcing skills that focus on four major areas of IT & technical support: Communications, Desktop Management & Mobility, Customer Support and Hosting.
*	Implement and monitor network security mechanisms in compliance with established security policies
*	Participate and assist in external audits (clients and 3rd party)
*	Assist with periodic reviews, audits, troubleshooting, and investigations as requested
*	Provide support during site security reviews as requested
*	Implement and monitor information security policies and procedures
*	Provide guidance to the ATIS GDN Unit on developments in IT security
*	Provide consulting support regarding secure connectivity, network services and protocols
*	Provide consultation regarding various security controls and processes and policies
*	Provide support to the Computer Incident Response Team as requested
*	Ensure protection and secure implementation of the IT infrastructure
*	Demonstrate solid understanding of security architecture
*	Demonstrate functional knowledge in various components of IT: networks, firewalls, WAN, LAN, cabling, servers, voice, etc.
*	Demonstrate understanding of security best practices
*	Deliver security awareness training to both technical and non-technical personnel
*	Coordinate the work of others in a discrete section/small team

·	2+ years of experience in Network, Security or Systems Administration 
1	Hands-on capability of one or more of the following:
·	Ethernet, Switching, Routing, Firewalls, IDS, Anti-virus, VPN
·	Understanding of cryptographic tools, methods, systems and protocols (i.e. SHTTP, SET, IPsec, ISAKMP, DES/3DES, AES)
	1	Experience in escalation management/customer management
	2	College degree or equivalent work experience in networking or IT related field preferred
	3	Minimal travel between sites (domestic and international)
Nice Have Skills/Qualifications
*	Understanding of Security Management functions
*	Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or SAS70
*	Experience in network design
*	Experience with security audits, planning, design, implementation, testing, and management
*	Knowledge of support processes
*	Security Essentials: IP concepts and behavior, Internet threats, Security Policies, Malicious Software and Anti-Virus Tools, Host-Based Perimeter Protection, PGP and Cryptography, Securing Operating Systems (Windows 2000, 2003, Unix)
*	Experience with network security architecture: network firewalls (Checkpoint, Netscreen, PIX), VPN, application gateways, intrusion testing methods and tools such as Nessus, ISS Internet Security Scanner, Retina, and System Security Scanner, intrusion detection, attack recognition and response systems such as Snort and RealSecure 
*	Solid planning, organization, and implementation skills
*	Strong documentation and presentation skills
*	Customer centric approach (internal and external customers)

The purpose of this department is to Provide engineering and operational support for the enterprise IT infrastructure, which encompasses voice and data. 	
The scope of this job is developing metrics and measures for the voice and data infrastructure including availability, operational performance and employee performance.

1. Developing and producing metrics and measurements on an ongoing and timely basis.
2. Managing small projects with development teams to mechanize reports on the intranet.
